Applause Cleaning Service has been providing professional, premium cleaning services to clients throughout the greater Atlanta area for nearly 8 years. We are a privately owned company dedicated to maintaining the highest standards that meet and exceed our client’s expectations. Our company is founded on the biblical principles of integrity, excellence, hard work, and we operate by the “golden rule”, which is doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Our personnel are led by the husband and wife team of Chris and Nanette Alberts who lead a team of excellent, hard working men and women who share the company’s values.
Nanette Alberts, Founder/President
As Founder and President, Nanette handles the administrative and support aspects of the business. She also holds training classes as well as works with new cleaning personnel until they are completely trained and ready to take over their responsibilities on their own. Nanette was born in Texas and raised in Michigan. She has been residing in the Atlanta, GA area over the past 16 years. Working in the corporate world, she realized the importance of consistently maintaining premium cleaning service; therefore she opened her first small business, Applause. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. She also owns investment properties with her husband Chris.
Chris Alberts, VP Marketing/Sales
As the VP of Marketing/Sales, Chris handles the day to day interaction with the clients to insure that the clients are receiving the premium service we promise. He also holds training classes with the personnel to keep them abreast of any changes that may be taking place. Chris was born and raised in Zimbabwe and has been residing in the United States for the past 13 years and recently obtained his citizenship. Before moving to the States, Chris worked in sales & marketing for over 20 years in South Africa. The two qualities that have made him successful in his sales & marketing career are both his relational & honest approach. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and owns investment properties with his wife Nanette.
